Elegance Image And Etiquette Consultation service is founded and led by Elaine Kwan, a certified Image And Etiquette Consultant by International Civility Trainer’s Consortium (Canada) and Imageflair Modern Etiquette Academy (Singapore), a certified trainer for Vocational Training Operation by the Department of Skills Development under the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources (JPK-PP-PPT-VTO) , as well obtained the Occupational Qualification Certificate in Tea culture by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social S ecurity, The People’s Republic of China.
