Elaine Kwan is an accredited and experienced image consultant, etiquette trainer, and corporate branding strategist. She is the founder of Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy, an HRDCorp registered training provider delivering high-impact image, grooming, and etiquette programmes to corporate and public clients since 2014.
Elaine brings over 18 years of industry experience, beginning her career in finance as an audit and tax assistant, followed by her role as a credit controller managing international markets. A Financial Accounting graduate with Merit from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman, she has since extended her expertise beyond finance into the fields of image, etiquette, and professional development. Her portfolio includes collaborations with public listed companies, government- linked agencies, schools, universities, and international clients across Singapore, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
In 2024, Elaine was awarded a 100% full PhD scholarship by INTI International University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy ( Management ), with a research focus on corporate branding, personal branding, image development, and professional etiquette, bridging academic insight with practical expertise.

Elaine is also the visionary behind PIKU CAT , a tourism lifestyle brand known for its creative merchandise and cultural storytelling, as well as the co-founder of Artist House Malaysia, a creative agency focused on tourism, branding, and design.
With her multilingual fluency in English, Mandarin, Malay, and elementary Vietnamese, she continues to expand her regional influence while mentoring the next generation of image professionals through her signature certification programme: the Elegance Certified Image And Etiquette Professional (ECIEP).

Propelling her to further study at internationally acclaimed Make Up Forever Singapore Academy.
Certified as professional makeup artist, hairstylist, body art and artificial tattoo artist.
Took up advanced professional styling courses from Find Happiness Modelling Association in Taiwan.
Trained to be a professional photographer by Mr Heng Chin Chuan, an award-winning professional photographer.
Further trained to be a professional image consultant and children etiquette trainer in 2014, personally coached and mentored by Eunice Tan, founder of Image Flair Academy of Modern Etiquette, Singapore.
